JOB DESCRIPTION

A full time position in the procurement department on a construction site.

  • Conducts and coordinates special projects
  • Prepares materials needed for meetings, such as agendas, handouts, binders, etc
  • May attend meetings and transcribe minutes.
  • Performs and supervises administrative support activities such as maintaining files and central records, printing and duplicating services
  • Prepares routine correspondence, memoranda, reports, forms, tables, catalogs, pamphlets, etc. from rough drafts, hand written notes, or general verbal instructions. Makes changes to ensure completeness and accuracy as necessary

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to compose effective and efficient reports and correspondence
  • Working knowledge of basic business practices of the location
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality pertaining to personnel matters
