Mr. Gharably is a Project Engineer/Business Development officer with day to day responsibilities in all facets of Project Management including, but not limited to:
• Guidance and analysis within the realms of Project/ Program Management.
• Schedule development – maintenance, progressing/ forecasting, and reporting.
• Cost Management –budgeting, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Change Management – qualifying & quantifying changes and forecasting impact to budget and schedule.
• Field audits for progress substantiation.
His academic qualifications include a Master’s of Science in Construction Engineering and Management at North Carolina State University, a Bachelor’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Sharjah. He is also an Oracle Primavera implementation expert, a BIM Revit licensed expert, and an Engineering in Training from the state of North Carolina.
Mr. Gharably is an experienced collegiate level instructor who has managed/ contributed to construction projects both in the United States and overseas. Most recently an Instructor for Engineering Design at Duke University, Talent Identification Program, an Environmental Engineer in the BuTinah Island campaign, and a Planning Engineering for residential construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
As a researcher, Mr. Gharably has studied the integration of building energy simulation into the architectural design process. He has developed a research “Multivariate Energy Prediction Modeling to Achieve Lean Design and Target Costing” and a journal publication in process in the International Building and Environment Journal.
